Elite Video Evolution 2.0 is a new product by Ryan Philips, an improved version of his previous product, Elite Video Evolution.
Elite Video Evolution 2.0 is a collection of personalized videos that demonstrate how to create videos with the purpose of driving traffic to a specific webpage.
The purpose of this product is to teach people how to create a powerful video sales page that converts at a high rate.
There are a lot of interesting tips spread out in these training videos, but there are also some downsides that you should know about before you hand over your cash.
Elite Video Evolution Review Summary:
In this Video Evolution 2.0 we will take a look at the good and the bad, compare and contrast, and you can decide if it’s a product that you want to invest your time and money into.
It’s important for you to know that I do not work as an affiliate for this product, therefore I have absolutely nothing to gain from recommending it, this review is entirely opinion based.
You’re welcome to leave your thoughts in the comment section at the end of this article.
Who is Ryan Philips?
There are a few big names in the internet marketing industry that regularly create top-notch products full of in-depth and valuable internet marketing training resources.
On the other hand, there are plenty of well-known scammers out there as well.
So it’s important to take a look at the creator of the product before you hand over your cash, it might save you from experiencing that feeling of regret when you realize the product you bought is worthless.
In this case, the creator is Ryan Philips, and there’s not much information about him online, other than his JVZoo profile.
He is rather new to the scene, and he is responsible for a handful of other training products that teach people how to generate fast traffic. Take a look at the screenshot below to see his current products.
I haven’t had a chance to review any of his other products, but I don’t think Ryan Philips is a scammer, most of his training material is in-depth and spot on, unlike most scams.
Elite Video Evolution 2.0 Training Material:
The training area consists of 9 modules dedicated to a certain aspect of video creation.
The first video is dedicated to everything that you need to create the set up for your new videos.
It’s a 50 minute introduction to the course that lays down the foundation and shows you what how your videos should be created for maximum results.
This video is particularly useful, it teaches people how to find frustrations and pain points within a marketplace, a useful resource for anyone who is looking for new product ideas.
It’s a compilation of useful tips that will make it easier for you to gain a deep insight into your target marketplace.
For instance, how to create a customer avatar, how to find your target audience and their budget, how to find pain points in your niche, how to find a three level deep niche, and much more.
The second module is a 40 minute video all about how to create a highly persuasive video with a powerful call to action. Most marketers create video sales pages, they’re easier to create, and some reports suggest that they convert at a higher rate.
Video Training Issues:
This module is all about video sales pages and how to create a sales page that converts. The same points can be applied to creating any sales page, whether video or text, it’s basic sales writing in action.
I thought there was too much emphasis on creating unwarranted hype for your products, otherwise, the training is not terrible.
Here’s the basic video sales page script formula Ryan recommends.
Again, this is basic sales page writing tips, nothing that can’t be found online for free. It’s basically a rundown of basic sales page writing advice.
The next video is all about how to engage your viewers and make them take action. This is a compilation of influence principles and tips that will improve your conversion rate.
It’s a interesting video. It summarizes 6 influence principles and shows how to implement them into your sales pages for maximum results.
In general, the videos are in-depth, but I felt that there were a few things that could use improvement.
What I Didn’t Like:
I didn’t like how there is no real progression, the videos are basically compilations of tips and tricks, there’s no step to step instructions.
I thought that was a problem because it can be difficult for people, especially new marketers, to retain all this information and take action.
The training jams a lot of information down people’s throats but it doesn’t show them how to apply that information to make money online.
I also was not pleased at the user interface, there are a few up-sells, and the dashboard is a little confusing because up-sells, free bonuses, support, and other menus are all mixed together, it can be difficult to figure out where the training ends and the up-sells begin.
I think this training would be much more powerful if Ryan showed us how to create a video with all his advice completely from scratch instead of throwing a bunch of tips in our direction. These videos resemble a power-point presentation, with bullet lists, and not much else.
You should also keep in mind that this product is all about how to create a powerful video sales page. It’s not about how to drive traffic with videos.
I thought it was about how to drive traffic with videos through YouTube, but that was not the case (btw, if you need to learn how to drive traffic to or from YouTube videos, I’ve got a great educational source on how to do that).
The training was also very drawn out, the videos could be much shorter.
But for a $9 product it’s not bad.

Final Word on Elite Video Evolution 2.o:
All in all, Video Evolution Elite 2.0 is not a scam, but it could use some improvement. I think the training is decent and there are some great tips hidden in the video content.
The main problem I had with this product was the lack of step to step instructions. I think it’s very important to show beginners how to start from scratch.

Have you tried Video Evolution Elite 2.0? We’d love to hear from you. Leave us a comment below and let us know what you think.
That was one of the greatest reviews i have read of elite video evolution 2.0 and wealthy affiliate.
I have never seen someone create a table comparing to another product/service. Really well done, you have done a great job of both reviewing the elite dvd and promoting wealthy affiliate, wealthy affiliate is a great platform and should be promoted more…well done!
Thanks Matthew on your feedback on both programs. Wealthy Affiliate is pretty easy to promote. It seems like every year they just get better and better.
It’s hard to find training programs that can compete with it. There are a handful of other good products, but these guys at Wealthy Affiliate have been helping people create successful online businesses for over 10 years.
Thanks,
Todd
I was looking into elite video evolution on their website, and everything sounded really promising – they are really selling the product well at their website… Now I like to do a little research from the internet, and your site came up and I must say… Thank you!
This is absolutely not a product for me. I was thinking that I would get a tool that would teach me, step by step, how to put videos that convert up on my website, if I followed along the training.
From your review it does seem like, one needs to get video making experience in order to make the best use, if anything, of this program, (to apply their principles in current videos).
Again, thanks for the honest information, you saved me a ton of time.

You’re welcome Sylvester, happy to help. Yeah, you’re time is very valuable when putting together and building an online businesses.
So while Elite Video Evolution 2.o won’t bankrupt your online business, it sure could take away precios time from creating more effective marketing methods.
Thanks for your feedback and have a great week,
Todd
Hi Todd,
Great review. Does the Elite Video Evolution 2.0 offers some customer service, to help you out if you have questions about their products?
From what I gather from your review, they haven’t tested their products? What I mean is that they give a blueprint on how to make videos, but never actually tested with a real case study, for instance, to show you that it does increase traffic to your site?
I have a hard time with this because before even considering buying the Elite Video Evolution 2.0, I would like to see some proof that it actually work!
Thanks
Sonia
Hi Sonia,
Thanks for your feedback on our Elite Video Evolution 2.0 review. This is just like an eBook, so there’s really no customer service to speak of, non that I found anyway.
You are absolutely correct, if Ryan Phillips could have made Elite Video Evolution 2.0 with a little bit more in depth training and actually take us through the process, this product would have a lot more value.
And you’re right, it would be good to see some Google analytics to back up his marketing methods. Actually show making the product, then the traffic results, followed by sales numbers.
I think my 45/100 rating accurately represents Elite Video Evolution’s worth.
Thanks for your take,
Todd
Hi Todd,
I have saw the original Elite Video Evolution product, which this one it the upgrade or replacement for; and from your detailed description it is no doubt a lot better than the original. I might just check it out for $9, even though the original was not that great.
I appreciate your candor in laying out the pros and cons. I see you have links to other opportunities, and I want to see what you have to say about them as well. Out of all the online opportunities you have found, how many or what percent would you say are scams, versus real but low paying, versus real with good earning potential?
Thanks in advance for your response, and for this information.
Chris.
Hi Chris,
Thanks for your feedback with using Elite Video Evolution. To answer your question, I’ve looked into a couple 100 true internet marketing and make money online programs. I’d say the percentage of true online opportunities is low, there is a plethora of scams out there.
But there are some true training programs out there that teach you how to put up profitable blogs, affiliate marketing sites, and eCommerce sites.
Out of all the programs that I recommend, I’d recommend Wealth Affiliate as the best training program in terms of support, education, and earning potential, along with the least amount of risk.
They teach you to build traffic organically, through PPC campaigns, and through email marketing. Plus they offer structured training that is easy to follow and allows you to build an income producing website on a a daily basis.
For digital products, I like ClickBank University, and for drop shipping and selling on eBay/Amazon I recommend Skip McGrath’s education books. Lastly for eCommerce, I recommend Shopify.
All of these are legitimate training courses to help people create online businesses that have incredible income potential.
But the all require work and an honest determination to succeed.
Low paying online work: surveys and task sites, also paid online traffic exchanges – stay away from these guys.
Hope this helps,
Todd
Hi Todd,
Elite Video Evolution 2.0 seems to be a program that gives some good information. Although someone who is not familiar with making videos would probably be a little overwhelmed with all the advice. Like you, I think this could be much more useful if Ryan Phillips went through everything step by step.
However, can we really expect something to be perfect for just $9? For the price it seems to be a reasonable product, just a shame there are some upsells.
For a newbie step by step training makes it much easier to follow and hence to be successful. The excellent training and support is why a program like Wealthy Affiliate has created so many success stories.
Thanks for the info Todd,
Peter
Hi Peter,
Thanks for your feedback on our Elite Video Evolution 2.o review and you’ve made a good assessment of the program. It’s got some value, but why bother when you have a complete training course with a proven track record of helping 1,000’s of people create online businesses like Wealthy Affiliate has done.
If you’re just interested in reading and learning a bit more, there’s no harm with checking out Elite Video Evolution, but the program could be improved and if your goal is really to become successful online, I’d go with the pros at Wealthy Affiliate – they cover pretty much every internet marketing topic through detailed training and instructions.
Maybe these types of honest reviews will help Ryan Phillips in the future, but at least it’s not another online scam and does offer some decent information.
Thanks,
Todd
Excellent review of elite video revolution 2.0 Todd!
Having a look at you chart it looks like the only thing good about it is that it has an affiliate program!
Although you do say that the program has some useful information and at only $9 it may be worth a look.
I agree with you about Wealthy Affiliate and following their step-by-step system, as well tapping into their amazing support, would be a much better place to start learning the ropes online.
I am sure you will end up with far greater results long-term.
At least this program doesn’t sound like a scam though and you don’t mention anything about upsells, so that has to be a good thing!
Great review 🙂
~John
Hey John, nice to hear from you and thanks for your feedback on Elite Video Evolution. Yeah, there’s some good value and I can’t call Video Evolution a scam, but without improving the structure, updating the poor SEO advice, I can’t recommend Elite Video Evolution.
I’ve done some video marketing, but not much. Based on the few courses I’ve seen at Wealthy Affiliate, they do a much better job teaching video marketing, YouTube SEO/ranking, and building landing pages.
And John, from first hand experience I can tell you that the structure of Wealthy Affiliate is what I really liked when I first got started using their educational services.
Daily classes that allow one to progress any online business in the right direction by building websites, SEOing YouTube campaigns, etc.
It’s pretty much impossible to compete against Wealthy Affiliate who has experienced internet marketing trainers and a decade+ of experience creating successful online businesses. But for $9 dollars, I’m sure you can glean some info from Elite Video Evolution, but why waste your time and just get going with the right training from the start, Wealthy Affiliate.
Happy Sunday John,
Todd
