Recommended: Yes... But Tests are Limited
Pros:
Cons:
What is Userfeel?
Userfeel is a user-experience testing website. There are two sides to the platform.
Client Side:
On the client side, Userfeel is a tool to collect real-time feedback on websites and other online properties. You buy credits and use them to collect feedback from the Userfeel testers. The benefit is you receive real-time audio opinions a long with screen-recordings, so it's very easy to tell which areas of your website's UI are hot or not.

Userfeel Tester:
The other side is where the testers come into the picture. Userfeel testers earn money by completing tests. The platform advertises $10 for each completed test (it ranges from $3 to $30 depending the complexity of the test).
But is Userfeel a really a good way to earn some online income? We'll get to the bottom of that in a moment. They also have an app you can use to complete tests on-the-go.
Is Userfeel a Scam?
Userfeel is not a scam. It's a legitimate platform that pays on time, offers a moderate amount of work, and verifies submitted work within 7 days. In short, don't worry, it's a safe website, and you can sign-up without any risks. I do have some concerns with the platform, which I'll go into a little later in this Userfeel review.
Making Money with Userfeel:
The section you've been waiting for. I'll start by explaining what type of tests you can expect from Userfeel and then move on to the payment methods and potential income.
Userfeel Tester Requirements:
The requirements to become a test at Userfeel are very straightforward:
- 18 years or older
- Complete and pass the qualification test
- PayPal account (Amazon Gift cards are an option too)
- Must have a computer with a microphone (important)
- A webcam is recommended too, but not required
- Leave helpful and clear opinions
Userfeel is not particularly strict about who can work on the platform. As long as you can follow the instructions and pass the qualification test, your application should be verified and scored in between 7 and 15 days.
Now let's move on to the good stuff.
Types of Tasks at Userfeel:
As you might have guessed, there are a number of tests you can work on which are all based on usability tests. Most of the tests take between 10 - 20 minutes to complete and pay $10 each.
From time to time, there are more advanced tests that offer $20 or more, but those are very rare. And then there are smaller tasks that only take a few minutes and pay $5 each.

What you need to know is these tests are hand-created by the clients, so there's often a wide range of instructions. Most instructions are fairly simple, such as checking a website and recording your opinions about it. Most of the tests require you to speak out loud, and their screen-recording program records how you interact with the online property.
Honestly, it's fairly easy. As long as you speak clearly, follow the instructions, and your microphone is decent, your test should be approved. When your test is approved (can take up to 8 days) you'll receive the reward in your Userfeel wallet.
How Much Does Userfeel Pay?
Userfeel pays between $3 to $20 for each completed test via PayPal or Amazon Gift Cards. The number of tests available depends on multiple factors such as: country, language, profile rating, demographic, and many others.
Currently Userfeel does not have a minimum cash-out, you can request one as soon as you have value in your Userfeel wallet. Bear in mind, payment requests can take up to one week to process.

My Concerns About Userfeel:
While Userfeel is no doubt a genuine company, I have some concerns that I would like to share with you. For starters, the biggest Userfeel con is tests are very rare. It looks like most testers, even after being verified, fail to receive enough tests to earn a steady income.
Once again, the the amount of available tests varies depending on various factors, but it feels like there's an overall lack of tests. While Userfeel pays okay, it's rare to get a test. If there was a steady supply of tests, it would be a great platform. Who knows, maybe you'll get lucky and have a bunch of tests waiting for you. Unfortunately, I wasn't.
Final Thoughts:
The Userfeel platform is worth checking out. The initial qualification test can take a bit of time to complete, but once that's done, you simply need to wait for an email saying a test is available. I noticed tests are pre-assigned to you, so you don't need to worry about it being unavailable as soon as you click (a problem that is quite common survey platforms).
