Cash Finder System Review
Product Name: Cash Finder System
Product Type: Make Money in Real Estate Training
Creator: Lee Gilmore
Best For: Nobody in my opinion.
Summary: While you can learn to spot an undervalued property in the real estate market using this system, Cash Finder System is not worth the $99.
The system is a lot of hype. The reality is that it’s much harder to make a full time income earning finder’s fees from real estate deals.
You’ll have to compete with real estate agents and investors that have far superior skills, tools and training. You might as well become a Real Estate Agent and learn from someone local with experience.
What is Cash Finder System?
By signing up to their program, you’ll supposedly be taught how to use a special system to rake in thousands of dollars.
Cash Finder System is based on the real estate trick of searching for under-valued properties and selling them for a profit.
The idea is to become a professional “Finder” and earn boatloads of cash.
“Finders” are people who can find low-value houses that have potential to be flipped for a profit.
In the real estate industry, these people are often called property locators, and it is a legitimate career.
It’s like getting paid to find leads in the real estate niche.
For example, let’s say you find a house that is being sold for $100,000.
You can then forward the lead to someone who could flip it for a profit, and you earn a “Finder’s Fee”.
The buyer is happy because he/she get’s an affordable house. You are happy because you get a solid cut from the deal.
So using the Cash Finder System will basically make you a real estate agent – sort of…
Well, the truth is, Cash Finder System will not help you earn easy money.
In fact, you will most likely lose a lot of your hard earned cash if you invest in this system.
And I’ll explain why in the next section…
What to Expect From The System:
For starters, there are tons of false promises right on the Cash Finder website.
You’re told that you can easily make large sums of money online just by doing 15 hours of work a week or less…
They go on and on about how much you can benefit from this system.
They make it sound so simple.
In reality, the competition in the real estate niche is fierce, and it’s not nearly as easy to find under-valued properties.
You should probably try getting your real estate license, or at least start working for a broker or a builder if real estate really is your niche.
Is The Cash Finder System a Scam?
The official definition of a scam is “a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation”.
Cash Finder System doesn’t out right lie.
Why is that? Well you can earn money from the system.
Like I mentioned before, it takes a lot of know how, connections, and experience, to be successful in the real estate scene.
It’s highly competitive out there, and a simple training program won’t be enough.
In fact, the main duty of a real estate agent is to find properties, it’s literally their job.
So you’re fighting against thousands of active real estate agents, most of which have more experience than you.
It’s not an honest way to advertise a career. The team from Cash Finder System will want you to believe that it will be a breeze.
You will join a team that is “under worked and over payed”.
See What I’m Getting at?
They use over the top advertising that is completely exaggerated to give you false hopes to make easy money.
Personally, I think this method of advertising is unethical. However, it isn’t illegal, so Cash Finder System is not a scam.
That doesn’t mean you should invest in it.
In fact, there are quite a few reviews claiming that Cash Finder System has a fishy refund system. People often have to wait a long time to get a refund. Some people claim they never got a refund.
Another thing to consider is the fake discounts they give out.
They try to pressure you to buy their system quickly by offering you “limited time” discounts. However, there will always be a “discount” and you are actually not getting a special deal.
Cash Finder System Training Modules?
So the product isn’t all bad, there are some decent training videos inside the member’s area.
What I liked about the videos is they include transcripts as well so you can read over the material if you don’t want to watch the whole video.
There’s also a resource center with tools that enable you to find real estate in your area. Not to mention the database of scripts and sales letters.
The training delivers a crash course on how to become a real estate finder (which is sort of a legit job).
The product isn’t too expensive either, it costs $99 one-time to access.
Verdict On Cash Finder System:
Cash Finder System is not a scam, but it is definitely not something you should trust.
It uses a lot of unethical advertisement methods which never speaks well of a product.
Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the investment. There is risk involved in real estate and if you don’t know what you’re doing, you’re magnifying that risk.
There is no guarantee that you will earn a profit. With proper education on how to asses the market, real estate can be a wonderful investment.
You can always call your local board of real estate and ask how you can get started. You’ll find real estate professionals to be approachable and happy to share their knowledge.
Buying this product will cost you $99, but, there are some expensive up-sells that could end up costing you thousands of dollars.
There is simply no way you can earn “Big Checks” of $5,000 to $15,000 right off the bat. Especially, if you have no previous experience selling real estate.
If it were that easy to sell real estate then everyone would be in the business.
Cash Finder System isn’t trustworthy.
So, I don’t recommend it at all.
Need Help Making Money?
Fortunately, there are far more trustworthy ways to earn money online.
It takes a commitment to earn steady income online, and not everyone is willing to commit.
That’s your advantage!
If you’ve got the desire, you’re half way there. If you’ve got the work ethic and desire to learn, you can create a passive online income source.
It’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever done!
All of these methods are far more legitimate than this Cash Finder System.
One of the most useful ways to make a long term, reliable online income is through the knockout combo..
Affiliate Marketing, Advertising, Email Marketing, & Direct Product Sales.
