What is KoinME? Should You Use It to Make Money?

What is KoinMe you ask. It’s another platform where you can complete various tasks for small rewards. There a lot of these websites out there, some work, some don’t.

Generally speaking these websites do work, but the pay-outs are very low – far too low for consistent income – so I don’t recommend them.

The highest paying one that I like is Survey Junkie. I ever come across another high-paying one (they’re rare) I’ll be sure to let you know!

What is KoinMe?

KoinMe is quite similar to the platforms we already reviewed; members complete tasks for points which they can redeem in a number of different ways.

What makes KoinMe a little different is the focus is on curated videos, instead of surveys and other tasks.

As a member, all you have to do is watch videos.

(There are also some other offers you can complete, but the focus is more on videos)

Pretty simple!

Of course the rewards for watching these videos are really low, but it’s not like you actually have to do anything in the first place.

The platform is advertised as a way to make money by “Enjoying premium Entertainment Content”.

Naturally, the videos are random, and mostly advertisements for various products.

But sometimes you can come across something interesting!

The Points are called Koins and you can redeem them through the usual channels: gift cards, PayPal cash, etc.

What KoinMe Did Right:

In my opinion, the company did one thing right: limiting the members that can join.

Similar platforms are often overwhelmed with spam and can’t maintain consistent pay-outs.

Or they’re are so many users the whole platform crashes!

I think KoinMe’s choice to limit the members is a good one.

You can request an invite for free, and they’ll likely send you one after awhile.

Of course, I don’t know where my email address ended up.

It could be on some spam list somewhere, who knows!

One more upside is they reward every new members with five dollars.

And the affiliate program is not bad either.

Another positive point I noticed is the platform allows you to have more than one IP.

There is a limit to the amount of offers you can complete on one IP but you can change your IP to reset the limit.

I mean, there aren’t many offers in the first place, but if you find that you reached the limit, consider resting your IP.

You can easily do this with a Chrome Extension.

Most platforms will ban you for doing this – so be careful.

The Downsides of KoinMe:

The downsides are the same as similar platforms; low pay outs, bugs, not many offers, and country-blocks.

One of the most common things people complain about when it comes to this company are the low amount of offers.

Offers sometimes dry up real quick, so there’s not much for members to do to make money!

Once again, KoinME blocks certain countries, and there aren’t many – if any – offers in non-English speaking countries.

Does KoinMe Pay?

100 Koins is equal to one dollar. Each video pays around 10 Koins ($0.10).

Can you withdraw cash? Does it pay-out as promised?

The main way to withdraw is by redeeming Koins for gift cards.

Thankfully, they promptly send out gift cards, usually within 24 hours.

So that part of the system works, but it takes awhile to earn enough to redeem a gift card.

The minimum you can withdraw is $5 and that is equal to 500 Koins.

You do receive bonus Koins when you create an account.

Do We Recommend KoinMe?

Not really.

The pay-outs are really low, I don’t think it’s worth your time.

There are much better ways to make money online. 

Personally, I think it’s much better to set up your own website and use it as a platform to promote affiliate products.

It will take awhile for the cash to start coming in, but once it does, it rarely stops. You can even take it a step further and create your own product.

There are tons of ways to make money online, and these reward-platforms like KoinMe are generally not worth it at all.

You’ll spend hours and hours completing offers only to receive a few cents.

So I would avoid them.
